    Our goal is to provide quality education in all our institutions. If you have had a great experience, we would love to hearing from you. So please email us your experience. We also understand that sometimes we don't always get things right. If we have not met your expectations, we definitely want to know aboutit so that we can take a constructive step to reach your expectation.

    Resolve an issue

    If you make a complaint, we will take every care to understand the issue, and do everything we can to fix it. In most cases, we can resolve these things on the spot but, if this isnot possible, we will let you know when you can expect us to get back to you.

    Get a solution

    If you arenot satisfied with the outcome, after working with our team, you can formally lodge a complaint with our dedicated Resolution Team. The team will review your concerns via our own resolution process. Please email info@mgmedu.org | corporateoffice@mgmedu.org and a member of the Education Board will be in touch with you promptly.
