If you make a complaint, we will take every care to understand the issue, and do everything we can to fix it. In most cases, we can resolve these things on the spot but, if this isnot possible, we will let you know when you can expect us to get back to you.
If you arenot satisfied with the outcome, after working with our team, you can formally lodge a complaint with our dedicated Resolution Team. The team will review your concerns via our own resolution process. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org | email@example.com and a member of the Education Board will be in touch with you promptly.
You can fill in and submit your concerns anytime and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
